GETTING STARTED:

  • Address: http://www.ps.aramark.com/PennsylvaniaCC
  • Home Page: Click on the button in the SPOTLIGHT Box.
  • Select Event: Choose the event you are ordering for from the drop down box and click GO or, if you prefer, click on the CALENDAR VIEW icon for a monthly view of events.
  • Login: You will be prompted for your User ID and Password. You may CREATE AN ACCOUNT now if you do not have one. If you already have an order pending for this event, you will be given the option to CONTINUE THE ORDER, or to delete it and BEGIN A NEW ORDER.
  • Account Options: Once logged in, you may click the YOUR ACCOUNT icon on the upper right and elect to (1) place an order, (2) view your account, (3) update your account information, or (4) checkout.
  • Menu: SPECIALTY SERVICES items appear first. You may also select CATERING MENU at the top or bottom of your screen to view all other food, beverage, and exhibitor hospitality items.
  • View: View menu selections by clicking on underlined items. A menu description and any technical requirements will then appear. Use the BACK button on your browser toolbar to see a previous screen or click the path at the top left of your screen (i.e. Catering – Beverages).
  • Select Menu Items: Select the appropriate date and time from the drop down boxes and click the button. Multiple clicks on the ORDER button will increase the number of items. You may order for multiple dates and time slots for the same event. All items will group by date and time in your shopping cart on the right.

 

THE CHECKOUT PROCESS:

  • To Order: Click if you wish to complete the order. You will be brought to a Verification screen and can change quantities or delete items if you wish. Click to register any changes. You may now click BACK TO MENU and continue shopping, or click to complete the order.
  • Verify: Verify that your account information is correct. If not, you may click now. Enter all *required information and any special requests or comments before submitting your order.
  • Submit: Click and your order will be sent to ARAMARK’s sales staff. You may now elect to , a confirmation, or . You will also receive an email from our staff acknowledging receipt of your order.
  • You Are Done!
