Our Exhibitor Hospitality Program has
been specifically designed to target exhibitors and maximize their productivity.
They can enjoy everything from a box lunch service in their booth, soda service
in the afternoon or a full reception. This program is also a great way for
exhibitors to attract customers to their booth. The aromatic smell of a hosted
popcorn popper or a hosted espresso machine will entice attendees from all four
corners of the exhibit hall. Meeting planners and show managers need only send
us their Exhibitor Hospitality Program list and we will do the rest! The
Exhibitor Hospitality Program is just another way to get the most out of your
event utilizing ARAMARK, the exclusive food service provider
for your event.
Upon review of our Exhibitor Hospitality menu, you will see for yourself that our booth services are versatile. Why not entice attendees with a Frozen Margarita or fresh hot cup of Cappuccino? Ask one of our Sales Managers about renting one of these machines or one of the many other rentals we offer. We also offer numerous food selections to serve directly in your booth. From simple items like sliced Fresh Fruit and Finger Sandwiches to California Rolls and Grilled Ahi, you will definitely find an item that meets your specific needs.
Upon availability of space, we would be glad to make the arrangements for you to host your key clients in one of our newly constructed meeting rooms or ballrooms. In this private setting, ARAMARK's friendly staff will serve you and your guests scrumptious hors d'oeuvres and fine wines while maximizing on your business objectives.
